This is the home page for the Ashland Upper Charles Trail Committee. The page contains information about upcoming meetings and events and links to articles, studies, videos, photographs, maps and other materials related to the planning and deployment of Ashland's section of the Upper Charles Trail. Our committee is pleased to be currently working with Cambridge-based Alta Planning + Design on a feasibility study to determine a recommended route, design character and cost for the UCT through Ashland.

Committee meetings are usually held on the first and third Thursdays of each month.

Everyone is encouraged to attend our meetings and help us plan and build the trail.

NEXT MEETING: Thursday, March 16 at 6:30 pm in Ashland Town Hall (All residents and non-residents are encouraged to attend)
While some portions of the Ashland Upper Charles Trail will be paved, others are likely to be a more-natural and permeable material such as crushed limestone, aka stonedust (Charles River Path in Watertown)
